Camp was so exciting and I really enjoyed it from the moment we left the school grounds to the minute we arrived through the 'Vertical Horizon' front gate. I espcially liked some off the activities which were: Abseiling,Archery,Off roader, zip line,the Climbing Wall,the flying kiwi and the initatives.The flying kiwi was my favourite because it was the only thing I had ever been on that took me so high above the ground before. When our instructor said 'ok' my team members pulled a thick rope attached to a harness I was wearing, which threw me up into the air and left me dangling and swaying. It was so much fun.When the instructor gave the word the rest of my team gently loosened the rope so I could get my two feet back on the ground. Although I had really enjoyed this activity I had as much fun doing lots of other things too. Bridget
Introducing Our Class
We are at St Patricks School Paraparaumu Room 3.
Our class has Year 7 and 8 in it. There are 21 of us in the class and our teacher is Mrs. G. The names of the people in our class are James W, Ambros, Ken, Andrew, Paul, Esmay, Dana-Jayne, Dino, Jacob, Kathleen, Amy, Josh, Nikita, Braidey, Tamara, Alex, Bryan, Oscar, Nick, Reuben, James C.
